Can you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK only. International orders are not available at this time.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for a faster, more secure checkout experience. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Are the rubs gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-free?

Most of our rubs are crafted using natural herbs and spices. However, formulations vary by flavor:

  • Allergens: Some of our blends (like Fire and Gold and Kalahari Heat) contain or may contain Mustard. Always check the ingredient list on the product page before purchasing.
  • Dietary: Our rubs are generally vegan and vegetarian-friendly, but we recommend reviewing individual product descriptions for full peace of mind.
How should I use Beau’s Braai rubs?

Our blends are incredibly versatile! You can use them as a dry rub by patting them directly onto meat, veggies, or fries before cooking. Alternatively, mix them with a splash of olive oil to create a rich marinade. They work perfectly over open fire (braai), in the oven, or even in an air fryer!

How spicy are the rubs?

We have something for every palate! We rank all of our flavors using a Spice Meter directly on the product description. It ranges from mild, sweet, and tangy perfection up to our 5-flame 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Kalahari Heat, which is strictly built for serious heat lovers.

When will I get my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
