We currently ship across:

• England
• Scotland
• Wales
• Northern Ireland

For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order. We are unable to ship outside the UK.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, promotional events, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Shipping Costs

We currently only offer Free Shipping in the United Kingdom. We currently don't offer international shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

6. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If a delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address details
• Refused delivery
• Failure to collect from a courier depot

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

8. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for courier-related delays once an order has been dispatched.
